CountyLine: 2020 Vandeveer Impact Award

The Allen County Board of Commissioners has presented the 2020 Linda & Jerry Vandeveer Impact Award to a husband-and-wife team for their community service work. On Sept. 28, Josh and Jenny Hartup received the honor during a ceremony at Citizens Square which also recognized two other persons who were nominated by the public for their work.
